TooRemind does:

TooRemind reminds your business at the right time and place!
Getting Started:
First, you can record some of your favorite places.
You can do this from the map by touching the "+" button, from the settings pane by doing a search by address, or directly when setting an alarm! There is also a useful feature that allows you to import your contacts directly from your address book as a place in TooRemind!
An alarm can be set according to distance from a predefined location or under a certain time and date, or both, also remember to fill in the sections "What to Do" and "What to Say".
If you set a place for your alarm TooRemind shows it on the map with a colored circle, altering the range will change the active zone; every alarm and every circle can be colored by choosing from a wide range of colors, so you can tell at a glance any alarm.
TooRemind can share the alarm / event on main social networks Facebook and Twitter and via email.
Choose from a wide range of ringtones for your alarms, choose the one which best suits your event including: relaxing, fun and jingles, or you can also choose a song from your iPod library!
TooRemind uses GPS to detect your location. It has been introduced an automated management of the quality of the signal in order to preserve battery life!
In the settings you can change the accuracy of the GPS signal in order to save battery power if necessary, you can see the current status of the GPS signal by looking at the icon on the map.
Disclaimer:
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
