Most of these recipes include white & brown sugar. Also corn syrup along with the name brand stevia. Not pure stevia. There IS a difference. I was expecting recipes with only stevia as a sweetener. Why would I want to ruin the recipe with sugar? My purpose for using pure stevia is NOT to use any sugar. I might be able to use two or three of these recipes. You are better off going to Barnes & Noble and getting a cookbook for pure stevia. You can find pure stevia in liquid or powder form at Whole Foods, Sprouts and Im sure Trader Joes would have it. It is more expensive than the stuff with fillers like PureVia and Truvia. But you use so very little.

Also have sugar!
Forget it
This app is really a plug for Truvia - a brand of sugar substitute that contains more sugar alcohol than Stevia. So if you want to use a purer form of Stevia, youre out of luck. Every recipe calls for Truvia. Nearly every recipe calls for buttermilk, too. But my biggest disappointment is that there are no instructions for substituting Stevia in my own recipes that call for sugar. Sad.
