Ich habe heute zufällig im Store diese App entdeckt und bin hin und weg. Da sind sogar Reittouren mit drin! Super! Weiter so liebe Naturfreunde...
Da hätte ich mehr erwartet
Angelockt durch die tollen Rezensionen habe ich als passionierter Skitourengeher die App geladen und bin ziemlich enttäuscht. Die Bedienung ist alles andere als intuitiv, die Tourenbeschreibungen eher dürftig oder nur teilweise lesbar. Beim klicken auf den Link der Tourenbeschreibung wird die komplette Website der Ursprungssite in dem Minirahmen geladen. Die verfügbaren Karten sind sehr gut, allerdings wahrscheinlich im Ausland ohne teures Roaming nicht verfügbar. Entweder ich habe die Bedienung nicht kapiert oder die Anwendung ist ihr Geld nicht wert.

nicht intuitiv bedienbar langsam ungenau in keiner Weise empfehlenswert vom Konzept so angelegt, dass wohl auch durch updates nicht wesentlich verbesserungsfähig: für mich so nicht verwendbar ich rate ab
Der Schein trügt
Leider hält die App nicht, was die Screenshots versprechen. Ich habe jetzt ein paar Versuche gemacht, eine Route zu planen, aber es ist mir nicht gelungen - das Ding ist einfach nicht bedienbar oder es funktioniert nicht so wie versprochen. Die Tourenbeschreibungen sind eine Katastrophe, da passt ja gar nichts. Und die Karte ist im Ausland wegen der hohen Roaming Gebühren nicht benutzbar. Das Geld ist es auf jeden Fall nicht wert.
Unterschied zu Oberbayern-Maps?
Ich finde die App sehr gut, auch einfach und weitgehend intuitiv bedienbar. Verstehe gar nicht was daran schwierig sein soll. Meiner Ansicht nach ist die App auch nicht langsamer und ungenauer als vergleichbare Kartenapps. Nur den Unterschied zur kostenlosen Oberbayern-Maps des gleichen Anbieters verstehe ich nicht: hier sind deutlich mehr Touren enthalten, vor allem alle Themen sind auswählbar und eine zusätztliche Ansicht integriert (Kamera). Diese hätte ich gerne auch alle in der kostenpflichtigen App, die nach meinem Gefühl etwas schneller die Karten aufbaut. Aber sonst sehe ich keine Vorteile gegenüber der kostenlose Version. Kartenmaterial ist 1a, fürs nächste Update ist ja sogar die Offline Speicherung versprochen, dann gibt es von mir den 5. Stern! Das die komplette Website bei Tourenbeschreibung in einem viel zu kleinen Fenster geöffnet wird ist alllerdings dringend verbesserungswürdig.
