This is a great app for buying and selling. Many get things. Two major problems that interfere with selling: 1) app crashes a lot (A LOT) when uploading more than one pic 2) app crops pictures and cuts off top and bottom parts of items
Great Selling Website
I have no complaints about this app. I have tried many others and end up returning to Tradesy. Though recently they have increased there selling fee to 15%, it is still less than half the selling websites out there. It is really nice that when I have had an issue, you can call a actual person in California and not email if there is an issue. Only to get an automated reply.

happy so far but Im not sure how to get my items featured more and also they just recently increase their commission
Keeps crashing
Made my first purchase on Tradesy and returned one of my items. That process worked well. The problem I have is the app constantly says "down for maintenance, check back later". I have also tried to reset my password several times and have yet to receive an email to do so (yes I checked my spam folder). So I have a credit, items I want to purchase and cant access the site. Have emailed customer service again and am still waiting for a reply. I find that other/ similar sites are much more user friendly.
Luxury to love
I ONLY order luxury items from TRADESY....they are reliable and trustworthy. Everything that is sold as authentic IS authentic.
