Description
This App is designed for Trainees in the UK who are taking part in the Government led Traineeship Programme.
The concept is that when trainees are on work placement they should have a clear plan of what is expected of them and an improved opportunity to communicate, through a mobile device, with their Trainer, Training Provider and their Employer.
The App centres around the creation of a Training Plan and Targets that are ideally set between all parties involved.
This App stems from a project funded by the Education and Training Foundation and managed by the AELP (Association of Employment Learning Providers). KM Training Ltd are responsible for the concept and ABEL Learning Ltd acted as consultants and designed and developed the App.
