This app wants to access the GPS even when youre not using it. Why? If it only updated when I was using the app, then a couple more stars....but nothing works with a dead phone.

The timing is way off. When the app says its gonna come either at an estimated time it comes 10-20mins later or super early
Extremely helpful, easy to use
I find trying to figure out the metro system difficult. At least when you first start out. This app takes most of the guess work out. The only thing I wish it did was to show prices, especially if you have to take the metro link or Amtrak.
