I booked tickets through tripsta. I decided to change my return ticket so i messaged the customer service. Their response was prompt but...they answered once and then their representative dissapeared. I called the call center and i realised they charge 0,37euros/minute!!! Thats insane!!! I wont use tripsta ever again. I regret already for using tripsta. Worst service ever. You better improve your services.

Судя по всему, после обновления пропала эксклюзивная скидка 1000р! Верните на место! Иначе никакой выгоды, цены выше, чем в других агентствах и тем более метапоисковиках :( а остальное - ок ;)

bad .. very bad.. TRIPSTA
I lost almost $ 1300 because of them.You cant make any little mistake.. They dont want to refound my money. For readons out of my control. i had to cancel the ticket and even that they didnt.. the ticket is not canceled.. . They simply told me ... not . is not refundable.... and they have not given me more response. as simply as that .. Ive definitlely been stolen by them. I dont recomend them at all.
