Tryck offers a wide variety of delicious pressure cooker recipes that are quick and easy to make. Whether youre a seasoned cook or just starting out, our recipes are perfect for anyone looking to save time in the kitchen without sacrificing flavour.
All of our Tryck recipes are designed to be cooked in an electric pressure cooker. They have been carefully tested to ensure that they are safe and easy to make. However, its important to keep in mind that equipment can vary, so use the times as a guide.
When cooking grains and pulses, it can be tricky to get the timing just right. The key is to use the correct amount of fluid, and to be aware of your machines recommended minimum. For reference, we use the conversion 1 cup = 250ml.
In each of our recipes, you will find information about the cooking time, pressure/temperature (low - medium - high), and the pressure release method (quick - pulse - natural). This information is designed to help you get the best possible results from your pressure cooker.
