Simply charge on one account.
The ubitricity eRoaming app helps you find public charging stations and start a charging session with the tap of screen. Find out the charging costs, the charging speed, whether the charging point is occupied or available and much more.
The app is for ubitricity customers who have chosen the eRoaming option with their mobile electricity contract. For activating the app just enter the ID of your RFID chip we sent you at the beginning of your contract.
The ubitricity eRoaming-App app helps electric car drivers with many useful functions:
▸ Charge at more than 70,000+ charging points from all major operators in Europe through our partner Plugsurfing
▸ Search and Navigation: Find free charging points
▸ Start and stop charging sessions via app or RFID chip
▸ Never pay more than the standard eRoaming fee per charging event
▸ Monthly billing of all eRoaming charging events on your ubitricity invoice
▸ Offline data: charging points are shown even when you have no internet connection
▸ Filter your search results by connector type, charging speed and payment option (app or Charging Key).

ubitricity eRoaming cooperates with the charging network Plugsurfing for those MobileCharging customers who travel a lot: With the app and the RFID token you can charge at 70.000+ charging stations all over Europe. Plugsurfing agrees contracts with charging operators such as RWE, ENBW, Allego, Vattenfall and other suppliers for the use of their charging infrastructure (roaming). This allows us to provide our customers charging opportunities with one of the largest networks of charging points in Europe. All eRoaming charging events will be billed on the monthly ubitricity invoice.
Location data:
The location data of the charging stations are transmitted directly from the respective operators to Plugsurfing and Plugsurfing’s quality management continuously monitors the quality of the site data.
