We are thrilled to announce a new update for our iPad EHR app, with improvements and fixes that will enhance your practice management experience.
Here’s what you can expect in the latest version:
New Features
• Automatic calendar refresh: The app now triggers an auto-refresh of events and availabilities when opened from the background with the calendar view displayed. This means you will always have up-to-date information at your fingertips.
Resolved Issues
• Filters sidebar: Collapsing the filters sidebar while viewing a past date range will no longer cause the date button to display the current month and year instead of the displayed date range.
• Appointment details: The “Waive fee” toggle will now be set to ON for appointments with waived fees, and the credit card field will no longer appear as mandatory if a card is not required, improving the usability of the appointment details screen.
• Adding a new card: The form to add a new card will now expand to accommodate any errors in the input fields.
• Team Chat button: The Team Chat button will now be visible for multi-practitioner clinics with only one active practitioner and multiple front desk users, as intended.
• Team Chat member selection: Front desk users will now be displayed in the Team Chat member selection screen for multi-practitioner clinics on the Premium Plan, as intended.
