Paid, downloaded, got absolutely nothing but a non-reactive screen. Is this a scam? How do I get my $ back from Apple. Tried reloaded & have latest gen of IPad. Same with Presidents App: dont get taken.

This app did not work on my iPad. I want my dollar back. What a waste! I thought Apple monitored these apps. It is blown up so big and will not allow you to play. TERRIBLE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
