Healthy habits start early in life, and this fun, educational, and interactive video series is designed to set your children on the path to better health. Join our cast of colorful characters as we go on an adventure toward better health and discover fun ways to build better habits. There’s something for all ages with videos for:

TIKES: Little ones ages six and under will learn about nutrition as they build a fruits and veggies rainbow. They’ll also get in a little fitness as they walk through the seasons.
