It takes me less than 3 minutes to book an airplane ticket using this mobile app. Better than the website, ever since they changed the website it take me 10-15 minutes to book an airplane ticket, sometimes even more. Like that this app saves the information of the people you have previously booked flights for using this app.I prefer to use this app for booking my flight with Volaris and hope that they dont change it for the worse like they did for the website.

Deceiving pricing
Very unreliable, as soon as you find a good fare the app freezes and when you go back and try to. Look for that deal is gone. It happened to me more than 3 time as as well to my wife in different occasions. To top it off, their customer service is far from good, best they can say is " we cant do. Anything about it"
Dont waste your time
The app is bad like the airline. Dont waste your time on this.
