Cant view App in store
So I use this app all of the time and I can load my savings into my card with ease. I cannot however use this app in the store. I connect to their in store wandering Wifi but cannot open the app because it just keeps saying an error occurred. If I do manage to open the app if will not add a coupon to my card because it says it failed to load. Ive brought this up several times to the staff but nobody has an answer. Is it the app thats the problem in store or is it the wifi in store thats the problem? It would be nice to add savings to my card in store if I happen to come across a deal I overlooked but I cant until VONS fixes this issue.

Latest update is garbage
Use the app all the time but....
But lately under the special personalized coupons it states that I can only use those coupons if I live in northern CA or Nevada. The funny thing is that I dont live in neither of those place but in southern CA. It would be great to be able to use personalized coupons where I currently live or at least offer ones for my area.
I Used To Love This App
I used this app all the time, especially to make my shopping list and load my personalized coupons onto my Vons Club card. This app was very good! The great thing about it was that I was able to email my shopping list, so I could print it out from my email. Now with the recent updates, the email feature is gone, and I have to now sign onto the Vons website if I want to email my shopping list, which is not even synched up with the list I created on the app. If it aint broke, dont fix it!
QA out to lunch, apparently
Ive used this app since it appeared in the stores and Ive always loved it. I suspect youve outsourced your software engineering and quality assurance and I have a hint: cancel the contract and BEG your former engineers to come back. As of now, cant delete anything from the list and Ive got about 20 entries for canned pineapple. Your specials designed for me at MY Vons , where Ive been shopping since it opened in the 1960s, are NOWHERE to be found. I lost a bunch of gas credits in the update before this one, which didnt thrill me...this is almost too much trouble. I wonder if Ralphs has a good program?
