Description
Determines the anticipations to enter and to exit a VOR/DME arc.
The arc is defined by the DME, by two radials (in and out) and a direction; clockwise or anticlockwise. Entering or exiting the arc can be done inbound the station or outbound the station. The anticipation turns are to be performed with a standard rate of turn (3 deg/sec) according to the speed. The (zero wind) angle of bank to be maintained during the arc is also determined.
For ground training or recreational flight simulation. Not suitable for real flight planning.
