bought a product, the app works when not inserted but once inserted the app disconnects. have to keep taking it out to control it.. Wevibe replaced it, 2nd one does the same but at least it eventually reconnects. cant use it, a $200 piece of junk right now.

No funciona el Bluetooth ni el control,
Für den Preis echt ein schlechtes Gerät. Ständig wird die Verbindung abgebrochen. Das Gerät funktioniert nur fehlerfrei, wenn es auf dem Tisch liegt und das ist nicht ganz Sinn der Sache. Wir hatten uns mehr erwartet. Von der Ferne aus ist es nicht nutzbar.
Drop $200, can't get app to stay connected long enough to use the damn thing. Connect issues, waiting partner, the app is completely useless.
The app is ridiculous ! 200 euros and this amateur application is what you came up with? Calling / videocalling nor touch function works on distance !!! The app just keeps on ‘thinking’ (rolling circle). And doesn’t do a fucking thing. I can move the we vibe on distance. But I can’t use any ‘extra’ functions! Really hire a better child who fixes the bugs in this app…
Brought this as my first sex toy and was so excited as it wasn't too scary looking and sounded like fun. But it won't stay connected and I have to keep syncing it constantly and hubby keeps having to find it again. Im so disappointed and after spending so much money now I'm worried a out buying anything else. Anyone talked directly to the company???
