The WE-CONSENT™ App is a fast, amazingly easy-to-use, and revolutionary way for affirmative consent to be safely videoed, encrypted and stored as a recording of both parties’ consent. In just 20 seconds, with a few clicks and the word "yes", WE-CONSENT™ creates videos of both parties consenting to sexual relations with each other and sends those videos off for storage. If one party says "no" the video record self-destructs. If the second party is feeling coerced, the response "forced yes" will create a record of the coercion.
Once sent to the cloud, video records (already encrypted) are then removed from online storage for security purposes and stored offline away from the prying eyes of hackers. While, the video record is only available to appropriate authorities if needed as part of a college or official investigation, there is no implication that the recording will have any legal standing. Its major purpose is to get you and your partner to discuss your activities before you engage in them. Your confidentiality is assured, even the user cannot casually obtain a copy of these videos -- preventing the potential invasion of privacy implications of them being circulated.
