No offers. Ever. Are the franchisees this cheap? Going back to a burger place that at least offers me deals.

Judging from the online reviews, our whataburger location far exceeds expectation. But the app needs improvement, my suggestions; 1. Add an option for receipt email or save to phone. Screen shot is the option, Currently curbside does not give a receipt unless I specifically ask and then they have to go back into the store and print something. 2. Better controls on payment options - I am not able to remove an old payment option.
Horrible app!!! Ordering sucks. Editing/adding cr. cards suck. Ordered a combo aplus shake...should've been $13-$14.00... had me pull around to the side. Brought out my order PLUS my previous p3 mobile orders... almost $50! Single guy at home...4 burgers, 4 rootbeers, and a lg shake... and wouldn't correct at the Ft. Worth So Hulen location. Contacted Corporate.. emailed situation and receipt...no response. Finally spoke with corporate via phone call.... refused to do anything.
