For all our customers, who like to get things done with their iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, the Wiener Linien offers a comfortable way to buy tickets from within the app and download tickets, which were previously purchased in the Online Ticketshop. There are absolutely no hidden fees (unless for your internet access). The tickets purchased within the app are personalized to you and valid in combination with a photo identification of yours. So we are even able to check afterwards if you were in the possession of a valid ticket in case your device was running low on battery during ticket control.

Reichlich sinnlos
Eigentlich eine gute Idee, aber warum in aller Welt kann man kein normales 1,70 kurzstreckenticket kaufen?

Super das man schon vor dem los fliegen ein Ticket kaufen kann und sich nicht mehr kümmern muss vor Ort! Und das mit Flughafentranfer. Eine integrierte Auskunft wäre noch super, dann gibt es 5 Sterne.

Super App. Leider kann man nicht Auf Passbook weiterleiten.
Super Reaktionszeit
Ein Lob an den Support und die Mobile-Entwickler. Am Montag noch ein Problem gehabt, heute schon behoben! Das nenne ich agil.
