WoundSmart® - The Professional Wound Care Documentation Tool at App Store analyse

Finally!!! I cant believe this has not been done yet. This is what the iPhone is for. Bringing documentation of wounds to my mobile device is genius. Ive already been taking pictures with my phone, this is the perfect extention of that. The ability to take a picture and literally fully document the wound in such a way that would stand up to any audit it absolutely amazing. I know this app is going to save me hours a week in charting time, best money I have ever spent on an app. It can even prepare a beautifully organized .PDF for use on rounds. Thank you for finally bringing this to the wound care community.

I downloaded this app onto both IPad & IPhone & quickly put it to use!!! I have been a wound specialist for years & I have never had anything like this app @ my fingertips for my wound care documentation. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to document in a very detailed manner. The app is very user friendly and I am able to zip in & out of different sections...saving information as I go. I love that it saves the basic information so I dont have to spend valuable time re-entering that. I also find it extremely valuable to be able to pull up all or specific data ie; wound measurements for a particular patient. Going to a patients chart to look all of that up takes so much time--time as clinicians we dont have!! Also love the ability after a patient visit to have the entire report complete with pictures sent to additional physicians or clinicians on the team. This is another time consuming piece of what I do after each wound clinic....now I will save so much time!!! This app is revolutionary in the world of wound care documentation & changes so much for the average clinician who spends such an enormous time documenting. The Wound Smart App is what every wound provider needs. It intakes all necessary data and creates the chart with photo documentation!!! Great for time efficiency, charting, recall, and electronic consultation. Dont go to work without it!!!

This is a must have app for anyone managing patients in wound care! A smart solution to track the progress of a wound with definitive photographic evidence. This is paired with the implemented treatment enabling the user to manage the wound better over its course. Reference library is packed full of helpful data including classifications. I am a wound care patient that recently downloaded this app. At first I was a little worried that it would be over my head being that I am not a medical professional. That is not the case at all. I usually ask my nurse to photograph my wound so that I can see what is going on rather then just hearing about it. I do this so I can be as informed as possible so that I can be a contributing member of my wound care team. The app helps me keep my own records so that nothing is lost in the shuffle of visiting nurse and doctors appointments. All wound care providers AND patients should get this app, so helpful!! :)

This app is the end-all-be-all for wound care professionals, offices and wound clinics, home health and offices. It is the complete documentation program needed for all wounds and types! This is a must buy!
