2. Connect your x-Finder to the mobile app.
3. Place your x-Finder on your belongings and find them easily with the help of the mobile app.
Main functions:
- Search your belongings with your smartphone. x-Finder can play melody to make it easier.
- Shake x-Finder for a few seconds to find your smartphone. It will play preset music to help your search.
- See last perceived position of your x-Finder on Google maps.
- Keep your Bluetooth connection on and x-Finder will alert you if you are getting out of access range.
Comments:
- The solution is available on iOS 8 products (from iPone 4S) or higher version.
- The technology used by x-Finder doesn’t guarantee fix access range. The maximum range of x-Finder is 20 meters but it can be significantly influenced by environmental conditions.
- x-Finder works with CR2032 battery.The lifespan of the button-cell battery is strongly affected by the frequency and length of ringings of the x-Finder. Life time is approximately 12 months.
- To be able to use the product, you need Bluetooth Low Energy and GPS connection, the use of which decreases the expected battery life. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
- Define a safe area according to GPS coordinates, where the application does not send notifications about the Bluetooth connection changes.
