Description
YoFit is a free application dedicated to sports training at home using video supports disclosing aerobic exercises.
The supports are created under the High-intensity interval training (HIIT) method in order to alternate exercise and recovery.
The training will be a working out exercised only with the body and muscles but without any machine, apparatus or weights, alternating cardio training and muscle building exercises.
Each session includes a set of iterated exercises.
What is YoFit in few words :
◆ You practice where you want : In your livingroom, your bedroom or outside in a garden… it is your own choice
◆ No need of any special equipment; the work out is made with the body weight only. A mat will bring you a better comfort but is not required.
◆ You can make progress according to your own rhythm and stop a session at any moment too
◆ Follow your progress with photo; each performed session allow for having a motivation photo.
◆ Follow your weight, BMI, IMG with your own periodicity
◆ Weekly rewards to motivate ourselve each week after performing the exercises
