Doshas Classification

The asanas are classified according to the dosha that they help balance. The balance of the doshas also helps balance the five elements in our body. Intensity Classification

This app doesnt really do much except show you a bunch of high quality photos of someone who does not represent the normal flexibility of even most yoga teachers. There is no queuing for poses, descriptions, programs or anything on a pose except a picture. This is basically a book as an app...and yes I have the full version. Id save your money for a different app if you are after more than photos...my 2 cents.

Качественные и очень вдохновляющие фото огромного числа асан! Можно еще добавить любимые серии автора. Ну и совсем идеально будет дать возможность пользователю составлять свои серии из имеющихся асан и делать свои заметки.
