ZebApp Manager is a mobile application that puts you in control of the things you want to have sorted as soon as possible.
You as a Manager can simply add a new zTask and assign it to a Agent of a particular department with a specific target days.
Usually in most of the apps you have to write description for a task which indicates what is that about, but here, for more flexibility and to save time for manager,
you can either take a picture or upload a video or record audio or write some instructions which is asusual.
Zebapp Manager allows you to set the target dates, verify the status of the tasks, easy to send reminders. No need to bother about carrying a laptop or any other device with you.
You can discuss the status of tasks with an individual or a department/team leader, to make life more easy the app is provided with filters on due dates, managers, location or department.
The security aspect of the app is also taken care, one can authenticate using the Touch ID or username and password.. the gestures and other features
