This app provides the basic tools from our TAKE 5 program. The audios in this program help you make self-aware, self-directed adjustments to your thoughts, feelings and actions. Not your typical guided imagery scripts and program. This program uses techniques with affirmations, suggestions, questions and patterns to create clear change. More importantly teach you to be truly aware of your thoughts feelings and actions. Coaching you to become the navigator and steer your life in directions you desire.
TAKE 5 is a LIFE CHANGING program meant for those who feel they are ready to be in CONTROL of their life, in self-discovery and personal growth. You choose who you want to be, the program helps you make choices that will literally rewire your neural pathways and establish new patterns that help you to live your life achieving success in all areas.
11 guided meditations
• 3 AM meditations all 5 minutes or less
• 3 PM meditations all 5 minutes or less
• 2 Extra take a break to relax meditations all 10minutes or less
• 2 Weekly meditations 15 minutes
• 1 Deep relaxation meditation 30 minutes
