What is Zen Time for?
Zen Time enables you to take breaks from all smart phone activities and measure their duration. You can also use it to meditate undisturbed or to quantify your sleep time at night (Just activate before going to bed)
How does it work?
Just Zen Mode:
The App asks you to put your phone on flight mode to be uninterrupted by incoming calls and messages. After that, you should return to Zen Time. Now a Buddha image transforms from white to gold within one hour, while a timer is measuring the duration of your break in minutes. Enjoy this period of silence and transformation. You end your Zen Time by clicking on the Buddha image.
Additional Features
By clicking on the (+) button you can enable following additional features:
Use Just Zen: Disables all additional features and starts the app in Just Zen mode.
Feedback function: This function allows you to measure and review the effect of Zen breaks on your mood. It asks you on a scale how you feel before and after using the app.
Singing bowl: Activates a singing bowl sound every minute.
Preset Time: Allows you to preset a fixed duration of your meditative break.
View Feedback History: Shows you the history of your meditative breaks including the feedback you gave (if activated).
