Zone Trainer is a minimalistic approach to interval training. Simply choose a workout, set the number of reps and time per interval, and press start. When in-workout, a simple glance will tell you how much of the current interval remains as well as interval details, how many repetitions left, and your progress within the repetition. Dont let up your effort while you try to read small numbers or text to figure out where you are in your workout! For those workouts where you cant be bothered to look at the screen, Zone Trainer includes the option for voice cues and countdowns before each interval change.
