Ive been trying to use this app, from two platforms. It always freezes at the "add supporting photos" frame, never advancing. Hoping it works out because Id like to utilize the service. Thank you.

Description
Zwivel is the first of its kind platform that enables cosmetic patients and cosmetic doctors to interact with each other online to initiate the cosmetic consultation process prior to a live, in-office consultation. Through an easy to use, private and secure, HIPAA/HITECH compliant interface, patients can select their concerns and desired procedures, upload photos and videos of themselves, and answer some basic questions about their medical history, budget and time frame for treatment. Doctors can then review the information and respond with their treatment recommendations and fee estimates, which can include an uploaded video. If the patient is satisfied with the doctors response, they can schedule a full, in-office consultation.

I sent requests to four doctors in my area for an online consult along with pictures and havent received any feedback at all from any of them and its been over two months! This app is a sham.
Waste of time
These "doctors" never respond. I sent pictures and questions over 2 months ago and still nothing! Completely waste of time and space on my phone! Delete!!! What a pos!!!

This is an amazing idea! Saved me so much time!!! All I needed to do once I went into the doctors office is meet the staff and book my surgery!!! Love it!!!
