Ich bin wahnsinnig beeindruckt von der App und sie ist schon seit einiger Zeit mein täglicher Begleiter. Ohne gehts garnicht mehr. Besonders beeindruckend finde ich die Live-Karte. Ich komme mir immer dermaßen wissend vor, wenn ich zwischen den anderen Wartenden stehe und den vollen Überblick z.B. bei Verspätungen habe. Herrlich. So habe ich mir das immer vorgestellt. Vielen Dank dafür. Könnte man denn die Karte, auf der man sich seine gesuchte Fahrtverbindung anzeigen lassen kann auch in eine Live-Karte umwandeln? Und vielleicht nur die Züge, Busse etc. live anzeigen lassen, die man für seine Verbindung benötigt? Das wäre für ein späteres Update vielleicht eine Idee und das letzte Sahnetüpfelchen?

Zuverlässigkeit
zeigt mir momentan totalen Mist an, soll dich die halbe Botanik fahren. um an dem Ausgangspunkt wieder anzukommen wo ich eigentlich hin möchte, die öffis fahren teilweise gar nicht so. Teilweise kann man auch den ganzen Tag damit verbringen um in einem Ort die ganzen Busse zu benutzen um an einer Haltestelle wieder auszusteigen - die nur 10 km entfernt ist. Da soll ich mit zwei Busse und mit Bahn fahren, fahre da ursprünglich mit einem Bus hoch. Die App läuft langsam auf die Deinstallation drauf hin.
Ähm...
... Was ist denn hier los? Seit neuestem kann ich mich gar nicht mehr auf die App verlassen. Ich soll vom Rosenthaler Platz zur Oranienburgerstraße laufen, dann die Sbahn zur Friedrichstraße nehmen, dort in die Sbahn zur Oranienburgerstraße nehmen, damit ich dann mit der M5 zur Landsberger Allee fahren kann. Sehr krasser Müll und das ist leider bei fast allen (!!!) Verbindungen, die ich derzeit suche so. Bitten fixen!!!
Kein Ticketkauf
Es ist seit geraumer Zeit kein Ticketkauf mehr möglich. Schade, diese App war einmal sehr gut. Sie ist jetzt aber nicht mehr nutzbar.
Ganz gut
vor allem das Handyticket ist sehr nützlich bei Radtouren in BB. Schön das man auch direkt das Fahrrad mit bei der Buchung mit angeben kann. Das Einloggen vom Handyticket ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da die Nr unabhängig vom Gerät ist und das Passwortfeld erst nach Eingabe dieser erscheint.
Nicht mehr zuverlässig
Seit Jahren habe ich immer diese App genutzt. Nun habe ich sie gelöscht! Die App ist nicht mehr nutzbar, weil sie einem immer häufiger völlig absurde Fahrpläne anzeigt. So sollte ich heute statt mit einer Tram durchzufahren, 2 Busse und 5 S-Bahnen nehmen!? Ich dachte erst, die Tram fährt nicht. Hab also mal direkt bei BVG geguckt und tadaaaa die Tram fährt ganz normal. Jetzt komme ich zu spät
absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!
vor ein paar tagen habe ich mir eine fahrkarte über diese app gekauft. trotz netz stürzte die app ab und ließ sich nicht neu starten. natürlich kamen die kontrolleure im dem moment - mega-peinlich! die beiden waren unmöglich arrogant, haben mir den fehler allerdings zugestanden und das auf dem kontrollzettel vermerkt. zahlen musste ich dennoch, diese app hat mich also 60€ gekostet... ich habe die app deinstalliert. da man der BVG selbst kaum aus dem weg gehen kann, werde mich zukünftig wieder am fahrkartenautomaten anstellen müssen - schade ums papier!
