CDC Antibiotic Guidelines includes built-in calculators for calculating creatinine clearance and adjusting renally excreted antibiotics.

It wont let me buy the full version. This is a very simple but detailed guide that is great for any practitioner.
Where is my money?
The app works well for the limited information provided. I bought the full version and the app did not upgrade. Now I ask my self, where is my money ? Because it was deducted from my bank account, yet I can not gain full access to the content.
New update doesnt fit on screen
The most recent update for the app doesnt allow you to scroll to the bottom of the list. For example under the diseases folder you cant scroll down to select the skin and soft tissue infections and toxin mediated syndrome. The same goes for the ones you can click when you get into the information it all doesnt fit on the screen and runs off the page. I have an iPhone 6. Please fix this!! I loved the app prior to this update. FIX YOUR APP!

The app wont let me scroll to the bottom to get to the other topics.
Very food but
I bought the premium version but when I needed to reinstall the apps on my iPhone the cdc app just does not connect to the Apple Store to restore my data.
