Das Stethoskop läuft nur mit eingestecktem Kopfhörer. Der Stecker blockiert aber das Mikrofon. Der Tip, den Kopfhörer wieder rausziehen und ohne aufnehmen, um die Aufnahme danach mit Kopfhörer anzuhören, hilft leider nicht. Die Aufnahme lässt sich nur mit eingestecktem Kopfhörer starten.
An sich gute Idee...
Stürzt aber leider regelmäßig ab nach dem Aufzeichnen. Aufzeichnungen werden auch nicht gespeichert. Das extra Stethoskop funktioniert so einigermaßen, zu dem Preis kann man kein Littmann erwarten! Eher für Demozwecke geeignet, nicht zur medizinischen Diagnostik.
Funktioniert bei mir. - Eingeschränkt nützlich.
Die App hat 2 Funktionen: 1. Sie enthält eine Interpretationshilfe entlang von Entscheidungs-Algorithmen für Auskultationsbefunde am Herzen, an der Lunge und am Abdomen. Dazu gehört auch eine recht umfangreiche Sound-Bibliothek. Für diesen Teil denke ich, wären 4 Sterne richtig oder sogar 5, wenn die fehlende Mehrsprachigkeit nicht gewertet werden soll. 2. Außerdem kann die App die Auskultationsgeräusche aufnehmen. Wie hier schon erwähnt, ist beim iPhone 6 das Aufsetzen auf die Haut nicht möglich, weil der Kopfhörerausgang ebenfalls unten ist und ein Kopfhörer eingesteckt sein muss. Eine Notlösung ist: Einen Kopfhörer mit Mikrophon verwenden und das Mikrophon wie ein Stethoskop auf die Haut aufsetzen. - Besser natürlich: Das angebotene elektronische Stethoskop von der US-Webseite bestellen. - Ich war mit der Lieferung nicht ganz zufrieden: Die Bezahlung erfolgte über Paypal, danach kam keine Mail vom Händler, so dass ich nicht wusste, ob meine Bestellung überhaupt in Bearbeitung war. Nach 5 Wochen kam dann eine Benachrichtigung vom Zollamt. Ich musste 5,90 € Zoll bezahlen und hatte dann also für knapp 32 € das Stethoskop in Händen. - Es funktioniert, die Soundqualität ist aber (wie hier auch schon erwähnt) nicht sehr gut, vor allem habe ich einen schnarrenden Brummton, der wohl vom iPhone selbst herrührt. Mit der aufgezeichneten Sounddatei kann ich nichts anstellen außer sie anzuhören oder zu löschen. Nützlich wäre ja eine graphische Darstellung zur genaueren Analyse, so etwas gibt es aber nicht. Für diesen Aspekt der App könnte ich allenfalls 2 Sterne vergeben, weil es funktioniert, eigentlich aber nur einen, weil die Funktion nicht nützlich ist. Das macht als Durchschnitt 3 Sterne.

I was looking for recording of stethoscope sounds to use in training, and this is an easy to use app with a nice little library of sounds. Didnt use it as a stethoscope, though. Thanks!
You get what you pay for.
App promises ability to record heart sounds but only records ambient room noise "unless" you buy the US$24.00 stethoscope mic from them. Also does not allow you to save sounds to iPhone, only email them. Deleted.

I cant hear my heartbeat, lung sounds, or bowel sounds. When I put the iPad on my heart area it makes annoying sounds. And it wasnt firm. And when I put it in my lung area or bowel area the same sound is there. Please fix that!
