Ein Stern dafür das ich mit einem Bildschirmfoto des gescheiterten Ticketkaufs inzwischen in mehr als 50% der Fälle umsonst fahre. Schlechte Bedienung, grottige Suchfunktion, Zahlung nur über Handyrechnung - und seit dem ich die App benutze keinerlei Verbesserung. Grundsätzlich kann es für Verkehrsbetriebe, die anders als zB. Berlin ihre Fahrplandaten nicht frei zur Verfügung stellen, im 21. Jahrhundert nur 0 Punkte geben. In Berlin findet man mit Apple/Google Maps im ÖPNV überall hin. Diese Unternehmen wissen wie man Suchfunktionen umsetzt, hier wird man als Kunde nur frustriert. easy.go kann hier nicht mehr als die (immerhin als Bild vorhandene) Papierkarte.
Glücksrad!
Ich nutze die App schon sehr lange und manchmal funktioniert es tagelang nicht und es wird gebeten es später zu versuchen und dann gehts irgendwann wieder! Ich habe nie Kleingeld mit und verlasse mich darauf. Ich verstehe nicht warum man die Probleme nicht mal lösen kann. Die App ist ja nicht erst seit gestern auf den Markt
Funktioniert nicht mehr...
...und das bereits seit Wochen! Erst kam die Anzeige "keine Verbindungen" und nun heißt es gar "forbidden" bei der Eingabe meiner Haltestelle sowie bei der Suche nach Abfahrtszeiten. Die App war mein Täglich Brot. Weshalb folgt kein Update der App inkl. Nachbesserung?

Viele Fehler ..
Also bei mir stürzt die App sehr oft ab, Verbindungen werden nur selten angezeigt (kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung) und den Menüpunkt "Haltestelle" kann ich gar nicht bedienen, App schließt sich sofort. Bringt sozusagen also kaum einen Nutzen, obwohl ich diese App sehr gebrauchen könnte.
Sinnfreies Update
Stell Dir vor, du stehst an der Haltestelle, willst ein Ticket mit dieser App kaufen und nix geht mehr. Vor dem Update funktioniert alles und nach dem Update läuft der Ticketkauf nicht mehr. Man dreht sich im Kreis und das, wo vorher mit TouchID alles klappte. Die App ist durch, ich meide die LVB künftig
