With our busy schedules, it is difficult to remember when we first got sick and all the details. iHealthTrax simplifies this task by allowing you to touch a day on the calendar to record various notes. Your data then appears as icons on the calendar, allowing you to see your records at a glance. Keep track of yourself and an unlimited number of people.
Features:
✔ Remembers your health history so you dont have to!
✔ Keep separate calendars for various people (great for keeping track of illness / health in your family)
✔ Record basic information for each person being tracked (name, photo, physician, physicians phone number, notes)
* RECORD notes and symptoms as often as every day
* SUMMARY screen displays all entries
* EXPORT data as email
* Useful for doctors appointments... consult with iHealthTrax to report when you began feeling sick, when you had a fever, and what your temperature was, symptoms, etc.
* Password protection (go to settings to activate)
* Data BACKUP and restore
On each calendar day, you may record the following:
* Symptoms with time stamp
* Freeform notes
* Pain scale (1-10)
* Medication (name, time of day, dosage)
* Fever and temperature (celsius or fahrenheit)
* Doctors appointment
* Indicate the you are sick
* Heart Rate / Blood Pressure
Its simple to use!
Just ADD a person to begin.
Then TOUCH any day on the calender to add a note or record.
Use the blue arrows below to SWITCH between people.

Good as is possibility of fantastic
Great concept the only thing I would add is the ability to email only one persons stats and also the ability to create favourites (ie repeating illnesses)
Awesome!
This is an awesome app! As a mother with 2 small kids its great because I can track what is going on and keep it to discuss with the doctor at a later date! One feature I would like to see added is the ability to put in a time that medication was given. With young kids if they r running a fever u could be up all night with them and a little sleep deprived so it would be nice to just check the app to see what time medication was given just to double check your not giving to soon and help jogs your memory. Keep up the great work!
Wish it could customize the legend
Would like to see optional pain time entry and be able to add more things to the legend... Otherwise, great idea.
Good feature but keeps crashing
Featurewise its pretty good. Very close to what I need. But it keeps crashing and corrupt my input and lose my data....
Good app for moms
Would like to see an option for an alarm for medication.
Not what I was looking for
This app is a bit overpriced and not really relevant for someone in their 30s. I wanted something to track illnesses in relation to what I ate. This app is very basic and could have more info to input.
