Similar to a Pea Pod which contains several peas, every workout Pod contains several workouts of the same format. Each Pod is a guided Pre Planned schedule of workouts. You simply start a POD and then follow the schedule. We tell you what days to workout and what days to rest. Guess work - Gone! Results - Unavoidable.

Monthly Subscriptions:

- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least
24-hours
before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the
current
period, and identify the cost of the renewal
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned
off by going
to the users Account Settings after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active
subscription period
One Time Program Purchase:
- Purchase a complete Single Program On Demand with multiple scheduled
workouts for $4.99
- Single programs are a one time purchase and do not renew
- Single program purchases will give unlimited access to the program for two
months
