An embarrassment to the great city of Atlanta
This app (and frequently MARTA) are an embarrassment to the great city of Atlanta.
Useless
Main reason I downloaded this was to get service interruption information and Thai app does nothing to provide more information regarding normal operation delays. Not good!
Useless
The app doesn’t report delays. It’s as useless as the service. The “we are currently experiencing issues that may cause intermittent interruptions ... we apologize for the inconvenience” is up every time you open the app. Just pay the extra couple dollars for parking. It’s worth your peace.
Do not use this app
I downloaded this app because I heard an announcement on the bus that it’s useful for real-time tracking. I missed 3 buses and then decided to Uber instead because it was just useless. The map is inaccurate and times are all wrong. This is the first review I ever write for an app but honestly super angry by the pathetic failure of Marta and all its apps.
Bugs in App
The sever seems to stop working very often. Some buses WiFi still doesn’t even work and doesn’t allow you to actually connect. I still can’t seem to understand why certain train stations on the app doesn’t show the other train showing time. For example, when I get off work I see that the Airport Southbound time is shown on the app but not the Northbound and this is vice versa for the Eastbound and Westbound train stations as well.
Garbage
Can’t even view details on system alerts without the app force closing.
