A search for "Mark" on Minipedia returns "Mark Zuckerberg" as the top result, a more relevant answer for most users. Minipedias intelligent search returns both results that begin with and results that contain "Mark," (e.g., Mark Zuckerberg, Mark Wahlberg, Denmark, Affiliate Marketing, Marketing, Mark Twain, Mark Hamill, Mark Ruffalo, and Trademark). Searches frequently end before the entire word has been entered.
By comparison, Wikipedia provides these more proper, but less relevant results: Marketing, Mark Twain, Market, Market Town, Mark Antony, Marks & Spencer, Mark Knowles, and Mark Woodford.
Need German and English at the same time? No Problem! The language is not tied to the language settings of your device, you can have several languages simultaneously.

Je ne comprends pas lavis défavorable de certain sur cette application. Elle reprend certe la base de donnée de Wikipédia mais elle est tout à fait pratique sur mon iphone. Très ergonomique et très fonctionnelle, je men sert tout le temps. Quant à son prix, ma grand mère disait : " ce qui est chers nest pas chers..."

Jai téléchargé en premier lieu la version gratuite de minipedia et jai adoré me perdre dans le dédale des articles encyclopédiques! Jai alors acheté la version XXI proposant 250000 articles et je ne le regrette absolument pas! Jai la sensation dembarquer Wikipédia sur mon iPad pour seulement 1.5go, ce qui me donne bien des heures de lecture en perspective. Du coup, exit les programmes de culture général, cette application me suffit amplement pour apprendre des que jen ai le temps. La navigation est très simple et on shabitue sans soucis à lire les articles sur son iPad! En résumé, je conseille dacheter cette application les yeux fermés!

Que du bon. Une encyclopédie de cette envergure toujours à portée de main, et pour cette somme dérisoire ! Du coup mon mini Ipad ne me quitte plus. Je recommande le pack complet, pour ce genre douvrage ça va de soi. Ah oui, ça fonctionne très bien, pas de bug enregistré. Tout Wikipédia sans connexion internet. Petit, tout petit bémol : les photos napparaissent que connecté et leur résolution est minimale au possible. Mais je nenlèverais pas le pétale dune étoile pour ça !

Well functioning, but I dont use it because only a part of the database is downloaded you have to pay for each language. Would be better to pay more for all the languages and the total database.
