Lappli part dune bonne idée mais ne marche franchement pas. Après, le rapport aves les notaires, yen a pas. Et pour les quelques ignares qui racontent tout et nimporte quoi, un notaire ne touche qu1% de chaque vente. Le reste, ce sont des taxes. Quand tu sais la responsabilité quils ont et le boulot effectué, la vraie escroquerie dans une vente ne se situe pas vraiment à leur niveau.
