When you move to NotaryAct you will no longer need to use your paper journal. If you do have a paper journal put it in a safe place and start using NotaryAct as your office notary journal.
NotaryAct is authorized as a journal replacement in all states except for the following six states: Arizona, California, Hawaii, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada

This is our next major update to NotaryAct
The following capabilities have been added, but will depend on the plan that you chose
- Multiple Draft Entries - you will now be able to create multiple draft entries, both on the web and on the mobile device and sync them
- Offline mode you can still work even if there is no internet
- Document pages - this allows you to create closing, refinance and other document pages for one click adds
- Easily track what signer, signed which documents and pages
We also address a few bugs and improved performance of the app
