project B was born with the purpose of moving away from BEING a human ‘doing’ … always busy, in perpetual motion, performing life as a juggling act to a gradual rediscovery of BEING a human ‘being’. Or in its simplest essence ... B!
The app has 52 beautifully designed cards with original graphics, photography and text to really engage you and keep you tuning in.
• project B is a pack of 52 wellness, motivational and self-development cards.
• The cards have four categories: body, connection, mind/spirit and practical.
• Each week, for 51 weeks, a new card is randomly selected from the pack.
• The app features a timeline of the cards shuffled, with the most recent card appearing on top.
• The card invites you to focus on a specific discipline or sensation for 7 days.
• Links are provided to a blog post and to share the app with friends.
Features and benefits:
• The card timeline allows you to take notes and reflect on your journey. It will help keep you motivated and inspired – penning your thoughts in an electronic journal.
