For a free app, its really nice and does exactly what it advertises. I use it daily for shadow boxing, punching bag, sparring, misc training... Im considering buying it.

Set up was easy, and the interval timers worked as claimed. Alarms were kind of quiet, but I use the timer visually so it wasnt really an issue. One request: I use the count down for my warm up, and the intervals as my main work out. One more additional timer for a cool down would really complete the package for me. If the developers could add that, I will purchases and bump up my stars. Good app though!

This app is alright, yet I find it needs the ability to switch from one workout set to another without interrupting the current one. I have many sets and I find having to stop the time set that is going to prepare for another one frustrating. As a fitness professional It needs the switch without interruption feature back.
