Description
If you are new to tracking macros or even if you are an experienced flexible dieter, this little tool is a easy little calculator to help you set up and adjust your daily macronutrient goals.
For those of you that are more experienced and already know what your current caloric intake is, it has the optional Calorie Intake field to allow you to customize your macro goals beyond the usual formula that most macro calculators use. The Calorie Intake field will take in your current daily calorie intake and base its calculations off of that. You can also adjust the protein multiplier to increase or decrease the protein factor based on Lean Body Weight. These options are available by toggling the "Show Advanced Options" switch.
It also displays macros in terms of percentages for those that use a Food Diary that only allows you to enter percentages for your macronutrient goals instead of grams.
You can also save your weight and macro goals and view a history of your weight and macro goals. This is useful to compare your progress and how changes to your macro goals affected your weight. Macro goal history can be shared with an email and shared via Twitter. It can also be restored via a backup file that is attached to the email.
