The new sleep number is awful. The original app was simple and easy to use with all of the information you really needed. The new app is cumbersome, way too much information, designed for teenagers that love to spend their entire life on apps. Please go back to a simpler version. I Hate, Hate, Hate this thing. I have turned internet off, so I won't get any more of these unwanted updates. Developer must have been paid by the key stroke for this abomination.
The bed is fine but the app sucks- I don’t get right out of bed when I wake- usually 20-30 minutes- so the app indicates that I had a restless night’s sleep which is wrong- it also doesn’t note the correct time I go to bed- if Sleep number wants to tout this app then make damn sure it works- inaccurate info is NO info!
The inability to delete a user from the bed and reassign is so infuriating...I will never recommend sleep number to anyone. EVER.
The idiots, inbeciles, and morons who created the app should never be allowed to develop an app again. Extremely insulting to the user. I do not need slow, stupid transitions because I do not have severe ADHD, which one can only presume, based on the app's puerile functions, was the target audience. The dumbing down continues.
