How it works:
TotalBurned acts as a heads-up to give you an estimate on how many calories you’ve burned through the day, without having to open an app.
To set up TotalBurned simply open the app, accept the connection to HealthKit & leave it running in the background. Don’t worry, it doesn’t use any extra battery. You will need an active calorie app as well, to log burned calories. We recommend the Human App.
The calories you burn through the day will be displayed on your home screen & will update automatically when you log a new activity on your active calorie app. TotalBurned will then display the latest value on your home screen as a reminder as to where you stand for the day.
