- 50 exercises with detailed description, step-by-step guide is made for each exercise
- Also in many workouts tabata protocol is used
The application supports Health app:
At your request, the data on completed training will be automatically added to the Health app.
Should you choose to upgrade to a Premium Membership, payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your monthly subscription is $1.49 per month, while the yearly subscription is $7.99 per year. (Price may vary by location.) Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.
Auto-renewal may be turned off in your Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. You can also manage your subscriptions in Account Settings after purchase.

Приложение отличное,пожалуйста внесите изменения в качестве: 1) регулировать время перед начало работы, за 3 секунды не успеваешь приготовиться к выполнению; 2) добавьте возможность корректировать, уже имеющиеся комплексы; 3) внесите графу с указаниями весов при выполнение комплексов, так как иногда забываешь с каким весом выполнял комплекс. Спасибо за программу, надеюсь мои пожелания будут учитаны при следующих обновлениях.

Отличное приложение,стоит своих денег.Реально прогрессируешь с ним,все наглядно,на лишнее не отвлекаешься.Количество вариантов тренировок вполне хватает

Обновления своих приложений автор собирается вообще делать!? Многие год не обновлялись! Разработчики,негоже выпускать приложения,брать за них с людей деньги и потом забрасывать эти приложения...
Круто, но хотелось бы чтоб звуки начало раунда и отдыха были разными
