Ich bin krank zu Hause, und kann deshalb nicht in den Park, um Yogastunden zu machen. Diese App löst genau dieses Problem ! Ich kann viele gute Übungen zu Hause machen und bleibe in Form, also echt super, super gut !

Yoga for my golf game

I knew nothing about yoga until I downloaded this app. It has alleviated my low back pain which had been a detriment to my golf swing. This app is beautiful.

Yoga Virtuoso got me started. Well Done.

I wasnt sure that yoga was my kind of thing. So browsing the app store I just picked this one out. I liked the lotus flower and the screenshots so I decided to download it. At first I felt stiff. But just after a few days I noticed improvement. Now I am breezing though the warm ups and ready for the next step. Lyndon has a way of encouraging me to do it everyday. Thanks to him I am on a new and beautiful journey.
