I love the app because its so easy to follow. Its been years since Ive exercised and some of the exercises are hard for me to do. But Greg gives alternate ways to exercise that I can perform. His emails are also a must filled with nutrition info which basically follows the Paleo plan. If you dont know where to start, his website helps with that also. Some apps work with only one exercise. Greg gives you a whole body workout. I highly recommend the app and the website.
