constantly will not connect to my iphone Took all the steps, bluetooth on, bluetooth off, phone off and back on , ignore other devices connected to bluetooth, and needs charging every other day - if the battery charge goes way down it charges quickly but takes hours to reconnect, display lights up sporadically and need to check my phone to find data - would not recommend it to others
My day day band arrived. It is not turning on. What should I do? Any advice is greatly appreciated
My Dayday band stopped recording steps. Everything else seems to be working fine. A little frustrated. Couldn't find anything on internet to help out.
I loaded this app because I bought Smart Band tracker, the tracker showed I had 603 steps, the app showed I had 2391 steps, what am I doing wrong?
I'd say this is a really good product. for the price I payed together the band was amazing. I would say it's a sister of a Fitbit. I love this product. at first it was confusing but then I figured it out and set it up so it would say if I got a text message of call
Doesn't always reconnect to phone. I have to power the band off and then on to reestablish connectivity. Doesn't display over 9,999 steps in the daily review. Loses steps from one day to the next. Doesn't always record sleep. I have to upload sleep data to get it recorded. It seems like the software updates are making the functionallity worse. I didn't have these problems when first purchased.
