Yeah, I love this app. Ive never been a great post workout stretcher, but now I absolutely am. Great improvement allowing me to Spotify in the background. And it used to be a real problem with music vs instruction volume, but that seems to have been ironed out. Changed what might have been a 3 or a 4 rating to a solid 5. A bonus would be allowing you to change to an alternate form of a particular stretch during the sequence, rather than just before... But thats hardly a necessity. Great job, Lolo!

Great tool overall!

Love the interface and the stretches go right to the point. Great learning and practice tool. Only wish there was a portrait orientation mode.
