- Edit exercises during your workouts
- When you finish your set a rest timer will automatically start.
- During your workout you can see how much weight you need to put on each side of the bar. Just click on sets&reps and choose your desired weight
- Pause your workout routine and continue later where you left off
- After the completion of your workout you will see an overview of your workout and have the ability to change things
- Look at and edit your old workouts in the log menu.
- Export all your workouts as a .csv file (for Excel or Numbers)
- Schedule workouts for the future
