Robert Budd is a Certified Instructor, offering effective and efficient training. He creates completely original workouts 5 days a week for his clients in Encinitas, California.

Roberts workouts combine the best of exercises from a number of areas, including: body weight (gravity) exercises, suspension straps, rowing, yoga, and pilates.

With a background in martial arts, powerlifting, bodybuilding, swimming, body surfing, football, basketball, long distance running and Russian kettlebell athletics (Girevoy sport), Robert knows how to program workouts to be safe, effective, and balanced - to prevent injuries and overtraining.

Roberts training is based around functional movement. His suspension strap training involves movement in different planes, with both static and dynamic strength, to enhance everyday life. If functional movement is practiced in a controlled environment (workouts), then the movements required for lifes little surprises and spills will have less adverse effects.

Bien mais pourrait mieux faire

Manque vraiment un chrono ou compteur pour les séries effectives . et mieux organiser les programmes des fréquences dentraînements avec jours dentraînements et repos etc... Vivement une mise à jour... A voir.

Viele Videos/Übungen sowie mehrere Workouts. Leider fehlt , was ich in so einer App benötige , eine Darstellung der Muskelpartien die bei den Übungen beansprucht werden . Das würde dieser App mehr Attraktivität geben . Deshalb leider nur eine 3.

Top keine zusatzkosten

Endlich eine TRX App mit vielen Videos die nicht extra kosten. Für das Geld absolut zu empfehlen. Hoffe es gibt immer neue Übungen.
